Living in a shared place with two roommates - one of them is my co-founder. It’s cramped but it has its own kind of energy.

The big thing

Yesterday I talked to my CEO about leaving my job to go full-time on GAIA. The ships are burnt. This is it.

I’m genuinely excited - not just nervous-excited, but the kind that makes it hard to sleep. We’re actively looking for a new flat to set up a proper space. When we get settled, I want to build a setup I’m truly proud of: good desk, good light, good energy. Working full-time on the thing I’ve been building on the side for so long feels surreal in the best way.
